CANCELLATIONS

We hope everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know that extenuating circumstances do occur. Our cancellation and refund policies (excluding those shown below for COVID-19 travel bans or restrictions) are as follows:

Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing to events@iconcorpevents.com.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the 23rd January 2024. The full amount paid will be refunded. From the 23rd January 2024 to 10th February 2024, a cancellation fee of 30% of registration costs will be applied.

Registrants cancelling after the 10th February 2024 will not receive a refund unless your cancellation was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue. Please provide this written information and evidence as soon as possible to events@iconcorpevents.com.

In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled, all refunds of ticket sales will be processed within thirty (30) days of cancellation.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

The Event Organiser reserves the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.

EDI CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees are expected to comply with the Quantum Australia 2024 EDI Code of Conduct.
